2. Products

  • All products are subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight variations in colour or packaging may occur.
  • Fragrance descriptions are subjective; we do not guarantee that a scent will match your personal expectation.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

4. Orders

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
  • Order confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or email.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or unavailability of the recipient.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us via WhatsApp.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

6. Payment

  • We accept online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide.
  • COD orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue COD for customers with a history of refused deliveries.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on aromea.pk — including logos, images, product descriptions, and branding — is the property of Aromea Scents and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aromea Scents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
