1. Delivery Timeframes
- Lahore: 1–2 business days
- All other cities (nationwide): 2–3 business days
Business days are Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM may be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Charges
- Standard delivery: PKR 350

Free delivery on all orders of PKR 3,000 and above
- Free delivery on advance payment in the company's bank account.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
4. Open Parcel Option
We encourage customers to inspect their parcel before paying (for COD orders). If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged or tampered with, you may refuse acceptance. Once a parcel is accepted and opened, it is considered received in good condition.
5. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day of placement. You will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or email once your order is dispatched.
6. Delivery Areas
We deliver across Pakistan. Remote areas may experience slight delays beyond the standard timeframes.
7. Tracking
Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via WhatsApp or email.
